Lock Out Kit

Our kit provides 9 components to ensure equipment is either de-energized or locked out in accordance with OSHA regulation 1910.47

Safety Sign

Sign Displays: Notice In Compliance with OSHA Regulation 29 CFR Part 1910.147 All Machines and equipment must be locked out prior to servicing and maintenance

Sign and rack

• 14" x 16" Yellow polystyrene sign and heavy duty 6 gauge steel rack attaches to the wall
• Rack measures 2 1/2"H x 12 1/4" x 7 1/2"D and is specifically designed to hold the lockout kit

Lock-out Booklets

• 16 page training booklet covers the basics of lockout safety
• Contains primary safety information to help stay in compliance with the OSHA training section of the Lockout/Tagout Standard

Lock Labels

Lock labels are an easy way to identify employee's locks. Employees sign the label, attach it to the lock and cover the label with a polylaminate.

Steel Padlock

• These maximum laminated padlocks are specified for tough industrial lockout situations and general maintenance equipment
• Shackle is made of a special metal alloy, increasing resistance against cutting, prying, and twisting, while withstanding harsh usage and providing greater strength
• 5 pin tumbler cylinder enhances security while providing more key differs
• Countersunk rivets reduce the chance of laminate separation when tampered with

Lockout Hasps

• Manufactured from 12 gauge steel that is epoxy coated to give them superior resistance to rust and added dielectric strength

Breaker Lockout

One Multi-pole lockout works with most major multi-pole breakers with tie-bar. Very convenient because no self-locking tie is needed. Applicability includes: GE, ITE, Sylvania, Challenger, Bryant, Westinghouse and General Switch Co.
