General: Rust, corrosion or loose
Other: Bracing, shoes or rivets
Extension Ladder
Rungs:Loose, cracked, bent or missing
Rails: Cracked, bent, split or frayed
Labels: Missing or not readable
Rung Locks: Loose, bent, missing or broken
Hardware: Damaged, loose or missing
Shoes: Worn, broken or missing
Rope/Pulley: Loose, bent or broken
General: Rust, corrosion or loose
Other: Bracing rivets
Rolling Ladder
Steps: Loose, cracked, bent or missing
Vertical bracing: Bent, loose or uneven
Platform: Loose, cracked, bent or broken welds
Castors: Broken, loose, damaged housing/wheels or poor rotation
Handrails/Guardrails: Bent, loose or presence of rust/corrosion
General Condition: Presence of rust, corrosion, dirt or other
Labels: Missing or unreadable

LADDER RULES
- ALWAYS FACE LADDER WHEN ASCENDING OR DESCENDING.
- USE AT LEAST ONE HAND TO GRASP LADDER.
- TOP OF LADDER SHOULD NEVER BE USED AS A STEP.
- LADDERS SHOULD NEVER BE MOVED, SHIFTED OR EXTENDED WHILE OCCUPIED.
- NEVER CARRY AN OBJECT OR LOAD THAT COULD CAUSE YOU TO LOSE YOUR BALANCE.
